Past Traumas
Perhaps youโve experienced more significant traumas that have a profound impact on how you view your body โ like hurtful comments from someone you love.

The Bible doesnโt use the term โlimiting beliefs,โ but it offers plenty of guidance on how to think and what to believe about ourselves and our lives.
Romans 12:2 tells us not to be conformed to this world but to be transformed by renewing our minds. This means changing the way you think by replacing lies with ABSOLUTE TRUTH.
The Bible also encourages us to trust in Godโs plan and not to doubt His love or our worth in His eyes.
Philippians 4:13 says, โI can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.โ This is a reminder that your strength isnโt just from yourself, but you also have Godโs power to help you.
Alsoโฆ
2 Corinthians 10:5 teaches us to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ. Which means dismissing any thoughts that donโt align with Godโs truth about who you are and what you can achieve ๐
Challenging Your Beliefs with Truth
Your beliefs CAN be changed.
It begins with making a conscious effort to challenge each negative thought (the lies youโve believed) with absolute truth โ Godโs word.

- Replace โIโm not worthy of loveโ with Romans 8:38-39, affirming that nothing can separate you from Godโs love.
- Replace โIโm not good enoughโ with Ephesians 2:10, reminding yourself that you are Godโs handiwork, created for great things.
